• Mare passports must accompany mares to stud at all times
  
  
• All stud fees must be paid at time of service
  
  
• Stud fees must be received before transport of semen or at collection of semen
  
  
• All mare details including I.H.R. registration No. and veterinary surgeon contact number must be forwarded before semen is transported
  
  
•  The insemination form must be returned completed and signed by the inseminating veterinary surgeon or A.I. technician to ensure registration of off spring
  
  
• Semen transport containers must be immediately returned by registered post on the day of the final insemination. If it is not returned you will be invoiced for cost of containers 14 days after leaving Byrnesgrove Stud.
  
  
• No foal- Free return the following year provided we receive a barren certificate from your veterinary surgeon before October 1st of the year of covering and the mares I.H.R. No.
